Hipster Cousins
I bought a 'There's No Place Bitchener than Kitchener' T shirt for my cousin. She lives in Calgary, and she's turning 18 soon, so if I mail it, I'm thinking it'll arrive around her birthday (or at least a little bit after it, but that's pretty good considering I wasn't planning on getting her anything.

My cousin's sort of a hipster, and really I'm just indulging her hipster desires by buying her this shirt. I mean, the girl lives in Alberta. And she'll be wearing a shirt that refers to a midsize city in Ontario. I'm pretty sure people will often ask her where Kitchener is, or comment on her shirt, and she will be able to (truthfully) say "Whatever, you've probably never heard of it."

That said, I think she's coming here for school next year, so having one of those T shirts is pretty appropriate, I think.

That's awesome. She should wear it while talking about bands that she likes from even smaller Ontario cities.

Also, both my mother and a good friend of mine called me a hipster in the past week and I wasn't sure how to react. I don't think I'm a hipster. What is your opinion? You are a master of listing traits about a person which put them into a particular group.
